Stand with Black Lives Matter

Wednesday, March 4, 12:15 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Rosa Parks Circle, Downtown Grand Rapids

Join this ongoing demonstration with participants from several Grand Rapids' churches including Plymouth Church, All Souls, Fountain Street, and Westminster. The group gathers the first Wednesday of every month. Meet at the corner of Monroe and Monroe Center (by the Rosa Parks statue). Black Lives Matter signs are provided. 


Plymouth Solar Power!!!

Since the installation of Plymouth's solar array in 2015, its solar panels have produced 51.92 Megawatt hours (MWh) of energy. We've saved the atmosphere 80,451 lbs. of CO2 emissions; the equivalent of planting 2,025 trees.  Visit the SolarEdge monitoring portal and view our solar installation data online. 

Sunday Programs for Youth

Sunday Sessions

Children ages 4 – twelth grade are invited to attend Sunday Sessions on the lower level. The children are invited to come forward for the Children’s Time (as noted in the church bulletin) and then are accompanied downstairs. Parents are welcome to accompany their child to class. Children remain in Sunday Sessions until 11:30 a.m. Nursery is provided for children age newborn through age three. Please register your child for Sunday Sessions here. Visiting children and youth are welcome and encouraged to attend as well.

Office hours at Plymouth are typically:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Closed Tuesdays and Fridays.

What Will You Take Up for Lent?

Lent is a time in our church when we offer different ways to engage in spiritual growth. Maybe you have been wanting to make time to get plugged in at church and meet people, or perhaps your spirit needs a recharge. Here are some options for your consideration:

1. Read a UCC Still Speaking Lenten Devotional, if you would like one please call the church office or email

2. Reclaiming Jesus: A Confession of Faith in a Time of Crisis. Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., beginning March 4. A nine-week study addressing the spiritual implications and the actions we can take in a time of political terror. Facilitated by Pastor Rachel, Linda Looney, and Seminary Intern Elle Lopez. Each class begins with a potluck meal. Registration due by Monday, February 24. Please email or call (616-455-4260) the church office to register.

3.UCC Listen Up! Bible Study on 1 Corinthians. Tuesday nights at 7:00 p.m. beginning March 3. Facilitatied by Pastor Rachel. There is a booklet fee of $8, and we ask you to pay in advance for this booklet. Registration due by Monday, February 24. Please email or call (616-455-4260) the church office to register.
